Wextrust Receiver Timothy Coleman has joined
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
He will continue in his present role as
Receiver to the Wextrust Entities and Affiliates. Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP will continue as legal counsel to the Receiver. The
Receiver has worked closely with Dewey & LeBoeuf, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Department of Justice to ensure

Mr. Coleman's practice is focused on representing corporations and individuals in criminal and regulatory investigations,
and in related civil proceedings. He has represented clients in matters involving securities fraud, antitrust violations,
commodities fraud, health care fraud, official corruption and other substantive areas of the law.
Mr. Coleman previously served for more than eight years with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he played a leading role
in some of the most notable corporate fraud cases in recent times. As a senior advisor to the Department's leadership, he
supervised the work of federal prosecutors throughout the United States on major corporate investigations. He has testified
before the United States Senate and House of Representatives on white collar crime issues and is a frequent public speaker
on such topics as corporate compliance, internal investigations and the role of in-house counsel.
Mr. Coleman earned his JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990 and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude,
from Northern Kentucky University in 1987. He has also studied at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, and the
French National School for the Judiciary in Paris, France. He is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia and
before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Columbia, the Southern
District of Texas and the U.S. Courts of Appeals, Second and Ninth Circuits.
